The fantastically designed Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc has had the upgrade treatment from its creators and now manages to pack in even more of the tech that made it such an impressive device in the first place. Featuring a super-wide 4.2" backlit Reality Display (infused with Sony's Mobile BRAVIA engine technology), the Xperia Arc S certainly ups the ante for visual performance on a mobile device.
Sony Ericsson's Exmor for mobile CMOS sensor is in situ once more, letting users capture high-quality photos and videos in poor light conditions and connectivity options including DNLA are just what you need to enjoy those wondrous images in large scale via your TV. This time round though, the photography chops are even more impressive and now include 3D Sweep Panorama functionality which means you and catch a scene in one fell swoop and then enjoy the results via your 3D TV.
Running the latest iteration of Google's Android OS and powered by a 1.4GHz processor, the Xperia Arc S won't falter no matter how hard you work it. And given the number of features packed in such as Facebook integration, access to Sony's Entertainment Network services Video Unlimited and Music Unlimited, that's something you'll be doing a lot of. |
