The Nokia 1616 is a small but colourful step up from the 1280 model.

Simply put - It's a phone. No frills, no nonsense, it just does what a phone is intended to do with a nice clear colour screen.

It's super simple to use, with a basic but useful menu system that harks back to days of old when things seemed that much simpler - it does actually look quite retro in a funny sort of way. The covers are interchangeable so you can have a choice of colour option. The bodyshell is also scratchproof and dust resistent so it is quite durable.

A couple of handy features that the Nokia 1616 does have are an FM radio and a flashlight - handy when the lights go out !
